Rightmed Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Rightmed.
1. Change of Mind Returns
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that:
The items are returned within 7 days of delivery;
You provide your original receipt, online tax invoice, or proof of purchase;
The items are unopened, unused, and in their original saleable condition;
Items are returned in their original packaging (including manuals, pamphlets and accessories).
Items not eligible for change of mind returns:
Prescription or scheduled medicines;
Over-the-counter medicines;
Baby formula;
Fragrances;
Vitamin supplements;
Food, drinks or other consumables.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs for the original order and return are non-refundable.
2. Other Returns (Faulty, Damaged, Not as Described)
We will accept returns and provide you with a refund, exchange or repair where the product:
is faulty or not of acceptable quality;
is significantly different from what was described;
is not fit for its intended purpose; or
is unsafe.
Where eligible, we will also refund associated shipping costs in addition to the item price.
3. Returns Process
To start the returns process, please contact us. We will provide you with return instructions, including the return delivery address.
Items returned that do not comply with this policy will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the safe return of products until they are received by us. Please use appropriate packaging.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery partner is unable to deliver your order and it is returned to Rightmed, you will need to contact us to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping costs may apply.
5. Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
In addition to the above, all products sold by Rightmed come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or repair if goods are faulty, unsafe, not of acceptable quality, or do not match their description.
