For Patients

  • Rightmed supports the ability of the Patient to choose their supply Pharmacy Australia wide.
  • The Patient’s chosen Pharmacist(s) is given a User login for StongCare software.
  • The Pharmacy does not need to change any existing business system (e.g. dispensing, software, Dose Administration Aid platform, invoicing etc.)
  • Rightmed will monitor Patient prescription requirements and alert the Care Organisation when new prescriptions are required.
  • Rightmed’s in-house Prescriber is available for emergency consultation and prescriptions where the regular prescriber is unavailable.

Responsibility

The Pharmacist maintains accurate Patient Medication Profiles in StrongCare, which are available to other Users with suitable access. Rightmed assists the Pharmacy as required.
