Shipping & Delivery Policy – Rightmed

At Rightmed, we are committed to delivering your medicines and healthcare products quickly, securely, and safely across Australia.
1. Prescription Medicines
All orders for prescription products require that you have a valid prescription from an Australian-registered medical practitioner.
The valid prescription(s) must be provided to us before your order can be dispensed, packed and despatched by us.
A valid prescription can be
A signed paper prescription; or
A digitally signed electronic prescription.
Important note: An email, fax or a picture on its own is not sufficient. Though this can be sent to us initially.
If a valid prescription is not received, your order will be placed on hold and may be cancelled.

2. Shipping Areas and Collection
Collect in store: We are open from 8am to 8pm every day of the year. Pharmacy 777, 4/10 Dower St, Mandurah, WA 6210

Local Delivery:
We deliver to the Mandurah area every weekday afternoon (except public holidays) via our own van.
Delivery radius is 15km from the Mandurah Forum.
Order cut-off is 11am AWST for delivery that day.
Cost is $10.00 per delivery.
- Australia-wide:
- We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post pre-paid parcels.
- For privacy, parcel labelling does not indicate contents.
- Order cut-off is 11am AWST for posting that day. We post every day that Australia Post is open.
- Standard Parcel Post (up to 5kg) costs $10.00 per delivery. Express Parcel Post (up to 5kg) costs $15.00 per delivery.
Allow 2 – 7 days for delivery. Delivery times vary depending on your location and whether you have chosen Express postage or not. - Order Tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Deliveries require your signature. Please choose a delivery address that is well serviced by Australia Post. Business addresses are preferable. If you are not available at the delivery address, a card will be left and your order will be taken to the nearest collection point (e.g., Post Office), according to the normal Australia Post delivery process.
- Delivery Restrictions. We can not deliver to
- Locations where delivery of medicines is restricted by law
- PO Boxes for prescription orders (non-prescription items may be sent to PO Boxes);
- International: We do not ship internationally.
- Refrigerated Products Delivery
- We offer local delivery of refrigerated products at no extra charge
- At this time we do not routinely offer postage of refrigerated products. Please contact us if you have a specific request.
3. Delays and Liability
While we take every effort to ensure prompt delivery, Rightmed is not responsible for delays caused by:
postal or courier services,
public holidays,
extreme weather events,
incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by our courier/postal partner.
