Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. For all prescription medicines, you must provide a valid prescription from an Australian-registered medical practitioner. An escript link is sufficient for us to dispense your medicine. A paper script must be posted to us before we dispense your medicine, but you can upload an image of it securely over this site so we can get your medicine ready and quote you accurately. Over-the-counter (non-prescription) products can be purchased without a prescription.
Orders are dispatched each week day.
Local deliveries (up to 15km from Mandurah Forum) are made each afternoon by our van. Cut-off for for local orders is 11am AWST. Cost is $10 per delivery.
Australia Wide deliveries are made by Australia Post pre-paid parcels. We post every day that Australia Post is open. Cut-off for Australia Wide orders is 11am AWST. Cost is $10 per delivery for Standard and $15 per delivery for Express. Delivery times vary depending on your location Allow 2-7 days. Tracking details will be emailed once your order is shipped.
Fridge products. We offer delivery of fridge products locally at no additional charge. We do not currently offer delivery of fridge products Australia Wide. Let us know if you have a specific requirement.
International deliveries. We do not deliver internationally.
Due to safety regulations, medicines (including prescription and over-the-counter products) cannot be returned or exchanged simply for change of mind. However, if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns Policy for details.
We use trusted delivery partner, Australia Post. Prescription medicines require a signature upon delivery to ensure they reach the correct recipient. All online payments are processed securely, and customer information is protected in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
