Pricing
Rightmed charges per Patient per month rather than per User per month.
Rightmed’s customer is the Care Organisation, not the Patient or the User.
Charges are only made for Patients that are active for at least 1 day of the month. The customer can make a Patient inactive and then make them active again without losing their electronic history. These changes can be made by the customer within the StrongCare software.
Charges are typically between $10-25/Patient. Price depends on the number of Patients enrolled and the Rightmed services required.
Where possible, Rightmed and our partners do not charge a setup fee. We seek to recover our establishment costs over long term service relationships with the customers. However, sometimes setup fees must be charged depending on the length of the commitment by the customer, the number of Patients and Users and any complexity with onboarding Patients and Users etc.
Training is required for all Users (Nurses, Carers, Pharmacists, Prescribers and Care Managers) of the StrongCare software. Training is also required to explain how all the Users interact with the StrongCare software, each other and the Rightmed services.
Rightmed and our partners provide the training, as required. Training is delivered by online video tutorials and video conference.
StrongCare software is supported by a 24/7 phone help line.
Rightmed can take the role of Prescriber and/or Pharmacy in the StrongCare software when the Patient’s chosen prescriber and/or pharmacy is unable or unwilling to do so.
Rightmed provides a single invoice for StrongCare software Rightmed services each month. The invoice details the number of active Patients in the month.
